For fighter pilots, being “on your game” is obviously pretty important. Having a bad day in the office takes on new meaning at 1,500km/h.
When I talk to people about who they perceive are “high performing” individuals. The answer is usually athletes, special forces or entrepreneurs (no one says fighter pilot, even when you’re standing right there in the room!). Anyone can be a high performer. A high performer doesn’t just get results, they live a life where the right neurochemicals are flowing every day to enhance their mental performance. Did you know enhanced mental performance also leads to enhanced physical performance and well-being, how cool is that!
