We build leaders & teams that execute flawlessly.
The system that keeps fighter pilots alive, re-engineered into habits your business can run every day. Led by Matt Hall, Red Bull Air Race World Champion and former RAAF Wing Commander, with Chris 'Camel' Chmiel, a serving fighter pilot with 2,000+ missions.

Afterburner keynotes and experiences build habits that hold up under real pressure.
Two services. One method.
Bring Afterburner in as a keynote or a full Top Gun Experience. Both built on Flawless Execution.
Signature Keynotes
Military-backed lessons and methodologies that drive teams to act, delivered by fighter pilots. 30 to 90 minutes, live, virtual or hybrid.
View Keynotes → 02Top Gun Experience
A keynote paired with hands-on, military-style workshops, from 90 minutes to a full day.
Explore Top Gun Experience →The Flawless Execution Method
Every keynote and experience runs on FLEX: Plan, Brief, Execute, Debrief. The method is the how, not a separate service.
Where do you sit?
The same method, but the reason you are looking is not the same. Pick the one that fits.
You'll be judged by the speaker you chose.
VP of Events. Conference producer. The internal events manager who inherited the whole program. You are not just booking a speaker, you are carrying the outcome. If the room is flat at 2pm, that lands on you. If people are still repeating a line from it in November, that lands on you too.
You are shortlisting six to eighteen months out, defending the pick in a budget meeting, and you need to know it will work before anyone walks on stage.
The strategy is clear. The execution isn't.
CEO, COO, division lead. The plan is sound, everyone nodded in the offsite, and somewhere below the leadership team it quietly stopped moving. Nobody is refusing. It is just not happening at the speed the plan assumed.
A fighter squadron has the same problem and solves it with a loop: plan the mission, brief it so everyone holds the same picture, execute, then debrief it honestly. The debrief is the part almost every business skips, and it is the part that does the work.
Training that is still in use in six months.
You have run the offsite everybody enjoyed and nobody remembered. The feedback form said 4.8. Nothing changed. The problem is rarely the content — it is that the content never survived contact with an actual week at work.
Flawless Execution is deliberately small: one loop, four steps, runnable on a Tuesday morning with no facilitator in the room. People adopt it because it is short enough to remember and useful enough to repeat.
Everything you need to pitch us.
You are building a shortlist and you need assets that do not require a phone call first. Approved photography of every speaker, the prospectus, logos and brand colours, all cleared for your listings and client proposals.
And when something is live, call. We will check the date and get you a fee range while you are still on the phone with your client, rather than after.

What clients say
A 4.9/5 average across Google and Facebook, from teams who put what they learned to work the very next day.
"Thank you to you and the team for a very successful day. My team and I have already started talking about how do we make debriefing a daily practice."
"Afterburner absolutely delivered beyond our best expectations. I can highly recommend [them] as a team of professional hands-on top gun trainers."

Pressure is the point
Fighter pilots do not get a second attempt. That is why the planning, briefing and debriefing loop exists.
It holds up when your team is carrying a deadline, a merger or a bad quarter.
