A keynote paired with hands-on, military-style mission workshops. Teams split into squadrons, take callsigns, then plan, brief, execute and debrief a mission of their own using the Flawless Execution method — the same loop a squadron runs before and after every sortie.
There are three formats. Top Gun Mini runs about 1.5 hours — a keynote plus one interactive workshop. Top Gun Signature runs 2.5 to 3 hours with a full mission workshop end to end, and is the format we run most often at flagship events. Top Gun Plus runs 3.5 to 6 hours with multiple workshops, two keynotes and the full method.
